open and large and lovely,
full of sunshine.
Your stem rises bravely.
You brightly kiss the world,
trustingly reach the heights,
the landscapes tempting you in the distance.
My brave sunflower,
I learn so much from you.
You give light to the others,
sunflower, like a yellow moon.
